Where the Properties Sit
Amora House and Leon House sit closer to central Ernakulam, near St. Teresa's College and Renai Medicity respectively, both well inside the existing metro corridor. Auburn House is in Kalamassery, next to Cochin University. Toulon House, Maseru House and Laramie House are all in the Infopark/Kakkanad pocket, the part of Kochi without direct standard metro access for now.
Commute and Metro Connectivity
Kochi's metro doesn't reach the IT corridor directly yet, and that matters more here than it does for the Ernakulam-side properties.
Kakkanad and Infopark side. Kakkanad is about 10.6 km and 39 minutes from MG Road by road. There's no conventional metro station there yet, Phase 2 is under construction, but Kakkanad has its own Water Metro station in the meantime. The nearest standard metro stations, Kalamassery and Pathadipalam, are roughly 3.5 km away. Infopark Phase 1 is about 15.1 km and 43 minutes from MG Road, with Palarivattom or Pathadipalam the nearest standard stations, 6 to 7 km off. Infopark Phase 2 and SmartCity Kochi are further still, 17.4 km/51 minutes and 16.2 km/48 minutes respectively, both leaning on the same Kakkanad Water Metro and Palarivattom feeder combination.
Ernakulam and Kalamassery side. Amora House and Leon House sit close to the existing line: St. Albert's College, near this part of the city, is only about 3.6 km from MG Road with the MG Road Metro Station roughly 300 to 400 metres from campus. Auburn House, near Cochin University in Kalamassery, benefits from CUSAT Metro Station sitting right at the University Road entrance, about 13.9 km and 36 minutes from MG Road by car, considerably faster by metro if you're coming from further up the line.
What this means in practice: if you commute by metro, Amora House, Leon House and Auburn House put you on or near the existing line. If you're working at Infopark or SmartCity, none of the three properties in that catchment are metro-connected yet, and you're relying on road transport or the Water Metro until Phase 2 opens.
