WeWork Rajapushpa Summit is 5.9 km, about 19 minutes, via Lanco Hills Road and Khajaguda-Nanakramguda Road (a 7.9 km alternate via the ORR Service Road exists if that road backs up). WaveRock SEZ is 6.0 km, about 20 minutes, via Lanco Hills Road, Khajaguda-Nanakramguda Road and ADP Boulevard onto Sattva Knowledge Capital Road.
Gachibowli and HITEC City. Gachibowli is the longest of the core surrounding hubs by distance, 7.3 km, about 18 minutes, via Lanco Hills Road, Khajaguda-Nanakramguda Road to ESCI Road, over the Gachibowli Flyover and onto Pullela Gopichand Academy Road to ISB Road. HITEC City is closer by distance at 6.2 km but takes longer in practice, about 22 minutes, because the route via the Bio-Diversity Park Level 2 Flyover runs into building surface-level traffic underneath the flyover corridors. International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH) in Madhapur is the furthest of this set, 6.2 km, about 23 minutes.
What this means in practice: Manikonda is unusually well placed for the metro and for the immediate Lanco Hills and Knowledge City side, while Gachibowli, HITEC City and the Financial District all sit in a similar 18 to 23 minute band.
